DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

In May 2018 the European Union introduced a new regulation to ensure privacy for every individual. This new regulation is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

At Really Rather Wild Books we guarantee our commitment to respecting and protecting your personal data and online privacy.

This includes your right to know what we do with the personal information you share with us. It also guides our company’s policies regarding the management of this data, including how the information is collected, processed, stored and for what purposes.

By accessing this website you are consenting to the way information is collected and used, as described within this Data Protection & Privacy Policy.

In return, Really Rather Wild Books gives the commitment that your personal data will only be used in ways that are compatible with your wishes, will be stored securely where it is necessary for us to do so, and is compliant with this Data Protection & Privacy Policy.
We will never pass on your information to other parties without your consent. We may be obliged by law to pass on information to official organisations, for example the Police. We never pass information to any marketing companies.

Any information that we do hold about you is under the GDPR basis of ‘Legitimate Interests’ or ‘Consent’. If at any point you do not wish us to hold some of your information then please contact us and we will happily remove it.
